Oleg’s Rug Cleaning Service
Find the Passion in Oleg’s Rug Cleaning Service
Oleg’s Rug Cleaning Service believes that a great rug can do so much more than simply cover the floor. A great rug can be part of family tradition and can be a focal point in your home. Our company has been in business with the sole objective of providing the highest quality textile service in the San Fernando Valley area. We are located in Van Nuys, California and have a staff of experienced professionals with over 100 years of combined experience to provide quality service to every job we do.
Early in our business we discovered that some cleaning methods used on carpets were doing more harm than good, especially to delicate hand woven products. Respecting the effort that goes into making quality rugs we created a facility dedicated to the safe, professional and gentle restoration of fine rugs. What began as a small local company providing better rug cleaning services has expanded into a fully integrated textile care service company. We are very proud of our recognition as a leader in specialized textile care in our local area.
A Focus on Preservation
Oleg’s Rug Cleaning Service overall philosophy centers around preservation. Regardless of whether your rug is a new synthetic rug or a vintage wool rug you can bet that your rug is valuable both financially and emotionally. Our primary focus is on not cutting corners. Our cleaning professionals believe that rug cleaning is both a science and an art form.
Before any cleaning is performed Oleg’s Rug Cleaning Service conduct a microscopic examination of all the dyes and fibers in your rug. This examination allows us to create a custom cleaning method tailored to the specific soils, odors and stains present in your rug without damaging the product. Every rug that we process is treated as if it were one of our own family heirlooms receiving the attention and care it deserves.
Building Trust in the San Fernando Valley
Trust is required when dealing with a cleaning service. Over the years we have built a very good reputation based on honesty, transparency and high levels of service. From the time you first contact us until the time we deliver your clean rug to your home Oleg’s Rug Cleaning Service strive to provide a stress free experience. We never utilize surprise fees or aggressive sales tactics. We also do not utilize hidden fees. Our focus is on communication and setting realistic expectations from the very first call. We also place a high value on health and safety within our local community.
Oleg’s Rug Cleaning Service utilize only high quality, eco friendly cleaning solutions that are effective at removing soils but completely safe for your pets, your children and your furniture. We want you to have confidence that your home is not being exposed to harsh or unsafe cleaning products.
Technology and the Skill Involved with Our Process
Staying on the cutting edge of our industry requires ongoing learning and evolution. Our facility is outfitted with technology specifically designed to clean loose area rugs. We utilize gentle dusting machines that can safely remove dry soils from the fibers of the rug without damaging the product. We also have climate controlled drying rooms which help prevent mildew and mold from forming. All of our technology is designed to provide the best possible results for our customers.
However technology is only as good as the people using it. Our professionals undergo extensive continuous training to ensure that we remain up to date on the latest in textile cleaning and restoration. Whether we are cleaning a heavy machine made rug, a delicate flat weave rug or a high end silk runner every rug is treated with the same level of attention and care. This attention to detail provides a level of quality that allows us to successfully handle some of the most challenging cleaning jobs.
